Accompagner les élèves vers une réussite durable et confiante.

Nous accompagnons les élèves en développant un mindset et des méthodes leur permettant de prendre en main leur orientation (au sens large). A travers l'éducation scolaire, extra-scolaire et le travail sur soi : connaissance de ses forces, de ses faiblesses (dans les méthodes d'apprentissage, dans le fonctionnement général).

Parce que le monde est en pleine transformation, la sécurité de l'emploi n'est plus assurée, le manque de sens dans les différents métiers n'a jamais été aussi important. Une nouvelle forme d'éducation devient nécessaire. Une éducation qui s'adapte à chacun, qui développe les compétences nécessaires dans cette nouvelle réalité : autonomie, apprentissage continu, détermination

Éduquer les jeunes pour les aider à trouver leur place dans un monde en transition. Empêcher le gâchis massif de talents et l'absence de sens dans la plupart des métiers d'aujourd'hui. En termes positifs : aider chacun à designer sur mesure sa carrière, basée sur son unicité : sa personnalité, ses talents naturels, ses passions et sur la réalité du marché. -> Leur faire avoir un état d'esprit d'entrepreneur (de leur vie), même s'ils souhaitent être salariés.
